You can return or exchange eligible items free of charge within 7 days of delivery date.

How to return a order:

   1. Email us through the contact us form or fill out the form below

   2. Please include the order # for accurate and timely processing

   3. Once details are received, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label to you via email

   4. You can then print the label, attach it to standard packaging, and ship the order back to us via USPS

   5. Once the return order is received, we will assess the garment(s) for damage/condition

   6. Process your refund / re-ship replacement garment(s)

  • Full-price and sale items in original condition, with all tags attached, can be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • Final-sale items cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.

  • Sample-sale items are final sale.

  • Custom sizes or custom adjustments are final sale. 

  • Worn, altered or washed items cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • We reserve the right  to deny a refund if returned merchandise does not meet our requirements.
